      Many techs very familiar with existing systems and willing to provide guidance

      Cons

      To many team members with "my way is the ONLY way" philosophy Team claim full CI/CD pipeline processing when in fact operates more like Waterfall. No automated testing used. QA and Prod deployments to be tested manually following scripts that do not cover all possible scenarios.

      Pros

      Great health, dental, and vision insurance. Fitness and wellness support —there’s a coach, challenges, and opportunities to win things! Leadership is accessible and open to feedback, which matters as the company continues to grow. Recognition programs like FedTec Applause and plenty of internal learning opportunities.

      Some growing pains but that is expected.
