Pros
Good Salary. Decent people in the field who really care about quality and safety on their jobs. The guys and gals in the field have built themselves a pretty nice support system. I would recommend this company to a friend but only after I shared the cons. I would not quit a good job for a job here.
Cons
Upper management micromanages men in the field. To many chiefs. The upper management does not know construction as they should. They are terrible at bidding work. Upper management is to big. Cuts should be made in this company starting at the top not at mid management. No bonuses for finishing early or under budget.
