Pros
Federal Mogul has a great work environment and variety of projects. In my experience, I was given the freedom to manage my own projects (with exception to priorities). Federal Mogul also has fantastic managers who are easy to approach and willing to teach.
Cons
In the research and development field, there is a lot of stress imposed on employees to meet deadlines, keep promises to customers, and achieve projected product performances. Occasionally, there is conflict between groups.
