Pros
Weekly pay, location, and benifits. They have a lot of career opportunities because they fire people due to a ridiculous point system. So, I'm not sure if that's a pro or con.
Cons
Filthy, dangerous conditions, VERY low pay, lazy workers, horrible management, 5 minute breaks, favoritism, they don't value their employees... I could go on and on.
