Pros
The pace of work is exciting. There are always new opportunities to learn about the business. The company is dedicated to the safety of its employees and employing lean manufacturing techniques. The new CEO is very refreshing and is interested in managing and improving processes as opposed to managing and improving a month or quarter.
Cons
Their is very little incentive to make fundamental changes to existing processes. The support from adverse to risk, their is very little up side to supporting changes needed in the plants to improve performance. This teamwork needs improvement and seem to be working better recently.
