Pros
Good pay and benefits, most houly employees are pleasant to work with.
Cons
Management doesn't know what they are doing and blames the hourly workers all the time. Me personally, I am constantly put in other jobs more than doing my job. They expect you to do 2-3 different positions for 1 pay, too.
