The VSBM I had was evil and has since been demoted. She ran out everyone with any talent and bullied the rest. In the nine months I worked at this facility we went through three Plant Managers and three Quality Managers! The new crew is stable. I wish them luck. The staff seldom talked to the folks on the floor who actually made decisions. The VSBM I had lied repeatedly to the customer. The Germans who came to help are an amazing resource!
