Pros
Pay is reasonable to current market standards. Co-workers are friendly and really good people. Opportunities come up because of high turnover. Minimal politics.
Cons
Federal-Mogul is not the same company as when I started. Lack of direction. High turnover (especially in the last 12 months). Poor communication by management in several departments. The workload has increased drastically, which has resulted in many late nights for employees. Very poor work life balance. The benefits got drastically worse over the last two years. They are not up to par with benefits at most auto companies in the metro Detroit area.
