Pros
Met some great people, learned a lot. My director really let you run with an idea and own it. Not true in all departments. (they have since left by the way)
Cons
Some lack of transparency from Senior Leadership - a bit of an old school mentality there but true at most major places too. Not just FM. Pay was below industry average for the area. Tuition reimbursement policy isn't great either.
