Company 401k match vests immediately. They match 100% of your first 3% and 50% on everything thereafter up to 5%
Cons
Extremely high turnover rate at all levels. Poor management. No clear direction for the company or teams, likely due to inconsistent leadership because of the high turnover. Management doesn't seem like they truly appreciate employees, just doing the bare minimum and labeling it "employee appreciation".
