FeedBox maintains clear performance standards and workplace policies- all of which are documented and agreed upon at onboarding. What may feel like "interference in personal matters" is often accountability around attendance, deliverables, and professional conduct, which we apply consistently across the team. We genuinely invest in our people's growth, and we have several long-standing team members who would describe their experience very differently. We'd encourage anyone evaluating us as a workplace to look at the full picture. The characterisation of any founder or team member commenting inappropriately on employees is factually incorrect and we strongly refute it.
