Pros

I think FeedMob was a great place to learn mobile and still is--there are plenty of opportunities for growth at the company and the culture is transparent and collaborative. I loved my team--we all rolled up our sleeves and supported each other when things were hectic and also had awesome team bonding events pre-covid and even virtually during covid. The founders and leadership take growth and culture seriously-had a great culture crew that throws event and have transparent levels and growth plans. I agree with past reviews in that they company good benefits (WFH stipend, virtual lunches and healthcare, every other Friday off for FeedMob Fridays).

Cons

Mobile is going through large changes right not which may make people anxious especially with IDFA deprecation but the good news is FeedMob seems to be ahead of the curve solution wise. Also, if you are not used to wearing many hats then this is not a place for you--it is fast-moving. People may also not like the remote environment.

Pros

- culture first; they take people seriously and know that no good product or service can be built without a great team - extreme growth mindset; everyone from leadership to individual contributors asks questions, admits when they don't know and learns from their mistakes by way of action and accountability - super fast paced (not everyone's cup of tea)--you will learn a ton when it comes to mobile - competitive benefits and salary for a company size - have our own technology/lean + nimble team and can build to solve current problems relatively quickly - amazing co-workers - flexible remote schedule and feedmob fridays - diverse senior mgmt and overall company make-up

Cons

- still learning from past mistakes as most start-ups do - some employees who left were toxic; while they are now gone I'd advise that the mgmt team take retention of key employees and recruiting seriously; audit their efforts for cultural contribution and not just technical acumen and make sure new employees really are culturally sound - some co-workers are quick to complain but not quick to offer solutions/see what people are actually working on which can decrease employee morale (am honestly disappointed in some of the previous reviews; they are not grounded on any facts--also no one is getting paid to write these reviews-- so not sure why someone said it's incentivized believe me we would know and there would probs be way more reviews lol) - younger executive team that may not be as experienced as your typical c-level - need to think about more competitive parental leave; more people at the company are thinking of family planning and average leave in tech world is 3-6 months at the least

Pros

* Great overall benefits - Health (HSA, FSA, PPO, HMO), Vision, dental, FeedMob Friday, FeedMob Wellness Wednesday, Gym Stipend, Flexible working hours as long as you communicate to your manager. With COVID, they’re trying their best to provide virtual happy hours, holiday parties, and Internet/Phone bill stipend. * With the startup environment, they’re also working on being organized internally pushing out levels and career performance goals for everyone. * FeedMob also provided an open-door policy that you can talk to anyone in the company or hop on a call with the CEO, COO, or CTO whenever you have any questions or concerns. * Competitive compensation comparing with other Ad tech companies. * Business vision, mission, and goals are being communicated clearly and executive with the plans. * Growth Mindset - I love to see that the management team has been always learning from their mistakes to continue working on the improvements.

Cons

*Lack transparency of some management workload and strategy *Lack of role responsibility & alignment - No matter what titles you have in the company, you're still doing similar tasks. Those cons are common things you would see in any startup, but I know FeedMob has been working on restructuring and improving those feedbacks since Q3 2020.
