Pros

FeedStock is a startup, there's always more than one thing to accomplish. -The company offers cutting-edge technology powered by AI, making for very intriguing and novel work experiences. -With a flat hierarchy, the C suite and leadership team are always open for a conversation on any work topic and others, never felt like just an intern. - Got to have an all-hands experience from product, marketing and sales. There is a lot to learn within and outside the role. - The team is surprisingly humble, even though they've created amazing products, are incredibly talented and have managed to land some very impressive clients. - They gave me a very warm welcome, everyone is really friendly and positive.

Cons

-I don't see it as a con, but being a startup, work can sometimes require more than average effort.

Pros

- they were ashamed with a situation that happened - they sent a catch-up email to check progress of my job hunt - they paid compensation equal to 6 week wage

Cons

- they withdrew the job offer 2 working days before the start day - I informed them during the application process that I needed a solid employment, we were trying to get a mortgage back then, they withdrew the offer regardless - they were not transparent to the very last minute - it seems they straggle with cash flow, and are underfunded by VC the whole company relies on. - their product may struggle as it is easier to reproduce with broadly available ML models
