Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Where should I start? 1. They will lure you with lies regarding the company's business and your future role. You will start working there under false pretense . Mind you - this company has deep ties to the porn industry (cam girls etc.) and no, it's not glamorous at all. 2. Right after you'd realize that you've sold your soul to the devil, you'd notice that everything that has been promised to you while interviewing is not going to happen (e.g. paying for your relocation expenses, handling your immigration with all relevant authorities, yearly bonus etc.). 3. You probably have some experience with being a Hi Tec employee, and you got used to certain 'perks' (arriving at flexible hours, of course before the daily) - think again. All eyes would be on you if you walk through the entrance door later than 09:00 (even 2 minutes later), ohh, and get used to notifying the whole company if you're running late (even by 5 minutes). 4. Employees are coming and going, there's no stability. Few had mental breakdowns while in the company (few months apart). 5. Management talks down to the employees, disregards them, talks ill about them in front of others. I've even witnessed verbal abuse toward several employees. In all my career, I have never seen anything quite like this company (that's not a compliment). *I realize that everything that's said here is rather harsh, but in fact I was downplaying it.

Pros

"Free beer" on a Friday is not a pro.

Cons

I hope all senior managers in FR and Kiiroo read this - These 12 points are the brutal truth for you. Hope you can handle it: 1. When your best people leave, it's not them. It's you. 2. You don't have a remote work issue. You have trust issues. 3. Management that can't handle feedback won't survive change. 4. If your actions don't align with your values, your employees won't trust you. 5. Your diversity program is hollow if your leadership team all looks the same. 6. Underpaying your people doesn't make you cost-effective. It makes you short-sighted. 7. A toxic culture will tarnish your brand, no matter how good your products are. 8. The customer experience will never exceed the employee experience. 9. Micromanagement isn't a sign of dedication, it's a warning sign. 10. Top talent won't stay if their growth isn't your priority. 11. Leading by fear creates teams that underperform. 12. If you don't pay people what they're worth, someone else will.

Pros

Working with talented and open-minded, pragmatic colleagues. Working on an exclusive product in the tech industry.

Cons

Poor management holds employees back instead of having success and more autonomy.
