Pros

Only pros are they behave very polite before your admission. They call you multiples time until you joined. Before..!! Only Before..!! Only Before....!!!!

Cons

I never see this type of lousy management in my entire carrier. They really don't know how to teach. If you are really think you have to go Felix-IT and give a shot my advice is deposit maximum Rs 1000 to them not more then that if you have enough money then you can waste your money. They can impress you by their Mac Book/iPad but actually they are just waste machines with no use. They will tell you they have many business partner like TechMahindra, TCS, Infosys, Cognizent etc and many more but actually they all are fake. No scope. Many students are here who study for 2k-5k for the entire course and many of them they charge 20k - 25k. stating that if you pay full amount we will reduce 5k in your fee.

Pros

During my internship at Felix IT Systems, I had the opportunity to significantly enhance my communication and presentation skills. The environment encouraged clarity and confidence, which helped me grow professionally. The team was approachable, and I appreciated the exposure to various aspects of coordination and corporate communication.

Cons

While the internship was labeled under the "HR Department," it was more closely aligned with the Training & Placement function of an IT institute rather than a traditional HR role. This was a bit misleading, as the scope of HR activities was limited, and I didn’t get to explore core HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, or HR operations.
