While we currently have a four-day in-office schedule with remote Fridays, we also pride ourselves on having a leadership team that supports flexibility to help employees balance their personal and professional commitments. Pros

Good health insurance and PTO. I enjoyed working with my peers.

Cons

Depending on what manager you get, watch out. HR sweeps all complaints under the rug when a manager is considered "indispensable". Complaints not just by me, but an ENTIRE TEAM. A manager who completely lacks people skills, only technical ones, shouldn't even be a manager.
