Company cares about the employees and treats you wonderfully. Managers are understanding, caring and smart so you learn a lot from them. Everyone in company is very helpful.

Cons

Can be a con to some people, in office is 4 days a week.

Good health insurance and PTO. I enjoyed working with my peers.

Cons

Depending on what manager you get, watch out. HR sweeps all complaints under the rug when a manager is considered "indispensable". Complaints not just by me, but an ENTIRE TEAM. A manager who completely lacks people skills, only technical ones, shouldn't even be a manager.
