Is this your company?

Good culture but depends on manager you work for - Anonymous Fellowes Brands Employee Review

Pros

Very helpful employees if you have questions

Cons

When there is a problem with a manager it is swept under the rug. Certain people are considered indispensable. Managers should have a standard they are held accountable to. Behavior modeling should go for them especially since people look up to them. Respect is key to retaining employees. 4 days in office is hard to retain work/life balance. No room for advancement.

Pros

Good health insurance and PTO. I enjoyed working with my peers.

Cons

Depending on what manager you get, watch out. HR sweeps all complaints under the rug when a manager is considered "indispensable". Complaints not just by me, but an ENTIRE TEAM. A manager who completely lacks people skills, only technical ones, shouldn't even be a manager.
