Very poor management and no tips - Barista Feng Cha Employee Review

They do NOT pay you your tips, they keep it for themselves when people think they are tipping the workers. Scheduling is very bad and inconsistent, people have no idea what day they’re working. Management does not communicate with you. Training has no order to it, coworkers are cliquey. They will not be afraid to let you go for no reason without a notice.
