Unprofessional and facetious upper management creates a hostile work environment. Extreme micromanagement leaves little room for professional growth ( We are watched on cameras by management on their phones while they are home). Management will be petty and create drama by airing people's personal business between associates. Very Very Harsh treatment of employees. No HR.
