Pros
Good insurance, paid holidays, never had any problems receiving payment for hours worked.
Cons
High deductible on insurance. Very low hourly pay for jobs that require certifications. They pay about 20 percent lower than the regions average for similar jobs. They also prefer college graduates and promote them faster than experienced employees. I couldn't help but noticed how many employees sat stagnant while college graduates were placed in a program and quickly sent up the ladder despite experience or work ethic. Even though the more experienced employees carry about 85% of the branches work load. Kind of a good ole boy system, excluding work history over who's going to the lake house with the boss on the weekends!!! The things you ignore like the branch manager letting Freon out without using recovery tanks, ect.....
