Pros

Best resources and supply network in the industry makes it easy to get customers the product they need. Great coworkers, laid back atmosphere in most branches. New executive leadership is making an effort to change the culture and eliminate the old school mentality that was prevalent for many years.

Cons

Outdated infrastructure in almost every aspect of the business. Branches run lean, and they cut many employees back by 5 hours a week. Very little incentive for front-line employees to be better than average at their jobs. Promotions rarely yield financial upward mobility.

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits
