Pros

Job security, work stays at work, hard to get fired. Solid benefits. Good name recognition in job searches.

Cons

Company is keeping wages lower. No commissions. Short of gross negligence, very few people are let go. Training is 100% on the job so standard operating procedures are constantly screwed up. Management makes a lot of noise about promotions and comes up short when the time comes. They underpay everyone, especially managers.

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits
