Hours are reasonable, decent health benefits, relaxed dress code (business casual)

My biggest thing was the the very early hours (7-3) I am not a morning person, but the hours were very flexible if I needed to have a doctor appointment or had an unexpected emergency. My supervisors were amazing and they like to promote from within, not just give it lip service. A fantastic company for women, many in positions of importance. I only left because I moved out of state!

Great entry into the microbiology world.

Working holidays as needed, not great Time Bank system.
