Work life balance top notch. Management is very knowledgeable .

Pay is a little lower than industry. Many of the upper management has been there for 30 years. Tougher to move up into those roles.

Management is super supportive and available for questions. They have good benefits and time off package and are flexible with work/life stuff. They organize fun events! Everyone I work with is respectful and considerate. Periodic assessments between managers and their employees so you know what's going on and what you need to work on, or if you have questions. Great room for advancement, they always look within or for employee referrals first when a job is available. People here are generally happy! Have not ever heard talk about how much they hate their jobs. People also tend to stick around for 5,10, 20+ years. Good location to snacks and places to do errands on your lunch break

Honestly the only con for me is getting up early (not a morning person) and not having windows in my office
