Great culture, fun place to work and low stress environment (most of the time)

Objectives weren't always clear (especially outside the product space) which made work more chaotic than it needed to be and often felt like work was redundant or unnecessary

Bendigo's culture is completely different from Ferocia's one and sometimes it makes work a bit hard.
