We appreciate you sharing this feedback. Culture is a priority for our organization, and we are constantly looking for new ways to improve our team members' experiences. Last year, we launched a fifth company value, Empathy, to emphasize the importance of understanding one another, building meaningful connections, listening and fostering inclusion. As part of our organization’s entrepreneurial spirit, our employees know that innovation is a staple of how we operate.
