      The name seals for itself as one of the most recognized and powerful brands in the automotive industry.

      Cons

      Employee benefits are being cut Travel policy very poor and cheap Cars(Chrysler vehicles) for only a select few No real benefits to working here other than the name. Very high stress level and too much politics

      Extremely smart and driven colleagues that are firing on all cylinders on company initiatives

      Cons

      Internal communication of priorities can be unclear so everything becomes a priority and then the work suffers

      Pros

      Health Benefits are amazing. Opportunities to travel to Italy, Formula One races.

      Cons

      Very negative place to work for females. Mostly men in senior leadership positions. Pay isn't great. They promise increases but it never happens. Very lean organization so not many opportunities to move up, however, for males, it seems like opportunities are created.
