      Great products, it's motivating to work in their chocolate manufacturing plant great work-life balance

      Cons

      although beying a multinational company they have a very 'local' culture management are not leaders but employees with seniority no meritocracy - you will grow simply because you have experience

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
