Pros
i had worked for 3 year on offrole , first 1.5 year was good, with lot of work, support & fun from seniors was there, after changing top level management it become worse, earlier who had got growth they got, later employees like who joined less than 2 year got no up gradation, but work pressure & amount is same for all executives,
Cons
taking work of 2 employee from one employee especially in regional offices, low manpower in regional offices, regional office executives in logistics have no/ rare growth (still same situation. i lefted 1+year ago)
