I would have appreciated more guidance and support from the company in terms of identifying and achieving my professional goals. Furthermore, it is important to note that while the work-life balance is theoretically facilitated, the actual workload can be so demanding that it becomes difficult to adhere to the designated work hours. Although the company promotes a healthy balance between work and personal life, the high workload often stretches beyond the allotted hours, making it challenging to maintain the anticipated work-life balance.
