      Pros

      Salary is OK. You don't work weekends. A lot of employees who like the chocolate can eat it while being there.

      Cons

      Working with lazy people and working with those who don't shower but bath with perfume. Line operators (men) have no clue. They choose workers on looks instead of hard workers.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
