      Pros

      Superb products, enjoy indulging consumers with what you do. Nice offices and overall nice approach towards people until you join.

      Cons

      Bad management approach, too much marketing focus. General motto is one size fits all and that is Italy. Not a real multinational actually an Italian company, the official language is italian and you need to prove yourself over and over if you are not italian.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
