      Pros

      Solid company, very stable and safe.

      Cons

      Hierarchy too big. Very slow company in terms of career progression. Management sometimes are very bad, not caring for mental health of the employees, and HR doesn't do much about it.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
