Pros
Very interesting industry to work in. Was always good an easy to keep you motivated on your daily tasks. There was room to grow. If you are good at what you do you may get to travel for additional training at their flagship facilities.
Cons
Pay was capped pretty quickly unless you are promoted to a higher position from within. Even though they are selling their product in the US, their working culture is very European. When their facilities close for weeks at a time in Italy, you will not get any support during that time leaving you exposed to demanding US customers. Not a deal breaker, but definitely puts pressure on representatives in the US.
