Great team to work with. Knowledgable about both technical and function aspects of Higher Education. Lots of opportunity to advance your career either in new positions, technology, or functions. Supports employees to go to trainings or conferences for professional development. Pays well with quarterly individual, departmental and company wide bonuses.
Cons
With so much going on, knowledge base gets a bit scattered. But if you ask the "team" you get lots of advice and responses. Travel can be tough but it's part of the job. (Not everyone travels)
