They really care about their people. We get an awesome gas fee, a great share of the delivery fee and 100% of the tips. The dispatchers really help us with the customers. Its obviously that they really care about their employees

As long as you do your job well and show up on time, they were exceptionally pleased.

Sometimes you get an order right at the end of your shift, but it would be the same as working at a store--you don't turn away a customer just because it's almost time for the store to close. You just have to factor that into your personal plans or when you give management your availability.
