Great Coworkers, Extremely low pay - Software Developer Fever Employee Review

- The pay is extremely extremely low. Even for Spain. And they would not even consider to increase it despite how extremely over qualified people are... because of that a lot of people come and go, which says a lot about the company. They don't care about you, or at least they don't if you are not a manager. So it is a good place to be for a bit while looking for a better job I guess or if you don't mind getting paid pennies
