Pros
Great product to sell, with solid sales processes in place - but still with space to innovate and improve on a daily basis. Young but experienced team, along with a great working environment. Great investors and support.
Cons
As with many fast growing businesses, we are all learning to deal with new challenges on a daily basis (management team included) - which means that there are some areas that still need improvement. However, I believe that the company and its management are on the right track.
