Had alot of growth within the company

Poor senior management with little clear direction

They offer good benefits, time off

The Senior Management team is very unstable. They spend too much time chastising their staff for everything that went wrong and never positive comments for what went right. They don't believe in mentoring and training their middle managers. Their is lack of growth opportunity to move up in the company. I can't speak for the rest of the company, but my salary is so far below par compared to what I should be making and I end up working 50 hours per week.
