Pros

My journey with Fibre Federal Credit Union started over 25 years ago. Through the years, I've had incredible growth opportunities and consider the employees like family. The pros of working here are endless: robust pay and benefits, education reimbursement, a culture of promoting within the organization, volunteer opportunities, and the list goes on.

Cons

We, along with basically everyone else in the world have faced numerous challenges over the past two years, mostly due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The impact has caused higher than normal turnover and often times shorter than usual staffing levels. We continually strive to work through solutions to overcome these challenges.

Pros

Full /one on one training with a private trainer. I felt spoiled with how thorough the training process is.

Cons

Hard to even find one.

Pros

When I started working at Fibre C.U., I thought it was just going to be a job that would hold me over until I figured out what I was going to do with my life. Here I am, almost 38 years later, still working at Fibre, still loving my job, still loving the people I work with and looking at retiring from the credit union in a few years. I started at Fibre as a Teller and worked my way up in the organization to upper management. Internal promotional opportunities are common at Fibre. Many people that work at the credit union started at an entry level position and have moved their way up in the organization. The pay and the benefits are remarkable, and the people who work there are amazing! Overall, Fibre Credit Union is a great place to work!

Cons

No place of employment or job is perfect, but at FFCU the good far outweighs the bad.
