Pros
A place filled with a lot of young and dynamic individuals working as best as they can is bound to lift your spirit. Challenges are great. There's a LOT of work to do, but they don't expect you to finish them all by next week, as long as you show effort. You'll learn, you'll laugh, you'll feel like you can make a difference.
Cons
Higher management is trying a little bit too hard to be "young and hip" like their crew that sometimes they end up being awkward or inappropriate. They mean well tho, that's why I don't deduct points for the overall rating.
