Let me start by thanking you for taking time out to share your thoughts. We highly value all feedback, so we can improve as a company and take all posts extremely seriously. As a growing company, we continue to invest in Fictiv in every way and have been prioritizing our diverse workforce and our highly engaged and supportive culture that stresses all our values, including having a service mentality and compassion for others. Thus, while we encourage and highly appreciate all feedback, we do not pay for any reviews from any current or former employees. Whether through our employee engagement surveys, Ask Me Anything surveys, 1-on-1’s, exit interviews, or our Employee Resource Group, we are always looking for feedback about how we can continue to nurture our environment so everyone is comfortable as their authentic self and so Fictiv can make any needed changes to ensure that diverse voices across our employees are heard and represented. Throughout 2021, we have focused considerable time and effort on our DEI journey and are looking forward to our continued focus in 2022 and beyond.
At Fictiv, we listen intently to all concerns brought to our leadership and People/HR teams. 2021 has brought major growth to our company, which has meant significant team expansion across every department, including our People/HR team and leadership. As a result of this maturation, we have a natural and fresh mindfulness towards every aspect that impacts our company. And while Fictiv has always had a Zero Tolerance policy towards any type of harassment, we for sure stand by this same zero tolerance today for every employee. Harassment of any kind is not and will not be tolerated. Any employee found violating this policy will receive disciplinary action, up to and including separation of employment. This policy applies to every Fictor, regardless of their role or position in the company.
