      Negative and sometimes aggressive office behaviour with frequent shouting and berating for minor mistakes. Lack of respect for personal time, holidays, sick leave, lunchtime, even family time Churns out enthusiastic grads looking for a woke workplace, later leaving disillusioned Culture of micromanagement and blame
