      Pros

      Fully remote, Pretty good pay, 4 day week. Would only recommend if you only care about money.

      Cons

      micromanaging, very heavy workloads with constantly changing workflows and increased demands. Lousy technology, apps are cumbersome and not user friendly. Ageism is very real in this company that claims to be all about diversity. They say they want us to provide health education & support for members, but their demands make that nearly impossible.
