Great pay & monetary incentives, fancy & clean offices, in-office perks (free weekly massages, accupuncture, reiki), full WFH setup, more high-tech compared to larger legacy insurance companies in London
Cons
Toxic & immature managers/executives, constant office politics/gossip, heavy monitoring of staff whereabouts (in-office / WFH days had to be logged every week), no accountability from managers (getting thrown under the bus)
