Pros
Get to work from home. A lot of PTO.
Cons
No room for growth. New employees who come in seem unaware of what they are doing need a lot of additional training from current employees. Pay is not great for how much you have to learn and know. Other companies of the same caliber are broken up into specific sections. Here you must know Cable, Internet, and Phone. Average expectancy of employees that have stayed with company is very low. Company seems to much rather keep hiring new help then catering at all to seasoned employees who continue to work there.
