Wonderful family bank, been around since 1908 so you know they are here for good. Great overall bank staff whenever I need help it is available for me. There are only 17 branches and everyone is local so you can get in contact with anyone immediately. Insurance is nice and I believe affordable.

Even though they have been around since 1908, they still have a lot of room to grow. Didn't really receive proper training when I started. For what we do, I feel staff should have a higher pay.

A large majority of the employees are really nice people, several members of senior management are really great people too

Nepotism, pushing frugality to the point of being cheap, some of the senior management cares about numbers vs employees or customers.
