Pros
Veritude provides temporary job for Fidelity Investments with possibility of being offered full-time work if you perform well. The paid training is very thorough and can be from 2 to 4 weeks depending on your specific job.
Cons
Not enough hands-on training before going on the floor on your own. Don't show any amount of nervousness or weakness to floor managers. They smell it and will come after you eventually. Not everyone is offered full-time employment so be prepared to be job hunting again soon.
