      You get to work for Fidelity!

      Cons

      Fidelity Talent Source treats you like a number. There are no benefits. Literally ZERO! There is no communication from Fidelity Talent Source end once you are placed. Overall, its better to work for other consulting company than this! Practically this is a cheap body shop company!

      Pros

      Subsidized cafeteria and nice campus Great co-workers. High caliber of people that I work with at all levels, but it is also a very high-profile project.

      Cons

      Few contract opportunities. In my role, really wasn't opportunity to work on other projects. People stay a long time, again limits opportunities. Because the 401(k) requires 5 years to vest! Client service teams were ok. Definitely needs improvement.
